  1. The Statement of Achievement should be printed / photocopied onto good
  2. quality card. However before using it, the school's name and address
  3. will need to be inserted. If using Draw3, select the part you wish you
  4. change, type <Ctrl-E> to edit the text and press <Return> after the
  5. changes have been made. To centre the name and address, select them
  6. together with the title, enter <Ctrl-G> to group the objects and then
  7. click Menu and go through Select, Justify and the finally click on
  8. Centre.

  10. A frame should be added and this can be achieved by loading one of the
  11. grey guidelines into Poster by 4Mation. The program is supplied with a
  12. number of borders and an additional borders pack called Ethnic borders
  13. is also available.

  15. Finally, two statements can be fitted onto a single A4 sheet and cut
  16. after copying.
